Work day 1

As promised pictures from our first work day, it was a great day with beautiful hot weather.

The first floor that was the project from the last trip. This trip our main project is to build the second floor.

The rather large pill of bricks that were waiting for us.

Not only was there a large pill of bricks waiting for us but quite a mess as well. We spent several hours cleaning out the wood and rebar from the first floor.

Ross and his helper Lucas, one of the teens at the center, tearing down all of the window beams as they were not up to par.
