After what seemed like only one day of travel with the long over night flight we arrived in Florianopolis to 36 degree humid weather. I can't speak for the whole team but I'm really enjoying the heat.

After what seemed like only one day of travel with the long over night flight we arrived in Florianopolis to 36 degree humid weather. I can't speak for the whole team but I'm really enjoying the heat.
We settled into our rooms, this first picture is a view from our hotel. We showered and headed out to find some food.
Though this is not the best picture it is the first of the whole team... As we were finishing up our supper we got to experience our first thunder/lightening/rain/wind storm of our trip. Cannot help but be struck by the power and awesomeness of the God who created and can control such storms.
Tomorrow we head out to the rehab center at 8:00 for our first work day. Please pray for safety, productivity and good spirits all around. Thanks for reading and I hope to post more pictures tomorrow so keep checking.
